My passion as far as a career is concerned has always been entrepreneurial spirit. Instilled in me from a young age, I have never been daunted by the idea that I could go out into the world and make my own way.
My first business was creating roses out of ribbons my grandmother gave me. I used to go door to door selling them for $1.00 each. Also, my father has had his welding business since I can remember.
He taught by example that anything is possible if you are determined enough.
Now, my youngest daughter is planning her own business, taking classes to prepare, and starting a business plan. The desire and determination to do it yourself has come full circle and I am very proud of that!
