One Time Service $5.00
Minimum Charge per Page for basic typing or wordprocessing (not more than 2 pages). Includes one-time services for letters, resumes, up to 2 pages. Payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery. This is a good choice for individuals or small businesses who have low need.
Hourly Rate $20.00
Minimum Charge 1 Hour with 1/2 Hour Billing Increments After the First Hour (not applicable to website design and development). A deposit may be required. Invoices are billed through PayPal on 1st & 15th.
Internet Research Fee is $10.00 per hour.
Projects $50.00 Minimum Charge

- Estimates include time and materials.
- 50% deposit is required with remainder billed upon completion.
- A payment plan can be arranged for very large projects.
- A large project would be: updates to multiple manuals, large copy projects, creation of a project board, large design project.
Are there any other fees I should know about?
Work neccessary after hours, weekends or holidays will incur additional fees. Rates are subject to billable expenses. Billable expenses include supplies and postage for bulk mailings, courier services, materials, etc.
There is a minimum charge of $5.00 for pick-up and delivery, plus 14¢ per mile.
Late payments earn a 5% charge per month.
What are the available payment methods?
Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted through PayPal or directly by phone. You are not required to open a PayPal account in order to pay me, Paypal allows payments just as any other online store, no need to become a Paypal member. I also use Paypal or Quickbooks for invoicing. I also accept checks and money orders. Returned checks will be billed a $50 service fee.
